What You Can Expect

If you’re looking for a great workout that’s fun and challenging, you’ve come to the right place!

Kickboxing, with its unique combination of cardio and strength training, has been scientifically proven to be one of the best ways to burn calories, build strength, and boost your mental health.

We pride ourselves on putting a modern twist on the timelessness of the sport. From the old-school speed bag, to the leather gym gear, we have everything you need to workout like the greats. And with our experienced trainers, you’ll receive personalized instruction and guidance every step of the way.

 Meet your trainer

For your first visit, it’s best to call or text ahead and schedule a time for one of our trainers to guide you through the ins-and-outs, and make sure you have everything you need to get started. While our workouts are designed for all experience levels, most of our members are kickboxing beginners.

Learn the Basics

Here’s where the real fun begins! Our trainer will show you how to wrap your hands, teach you some kickboxing basics used by the pros, and explain the stations and exercises. Each station has a different exercise, and is adaptable to meet you where you’re at, regardless of ability or fitness levels.

Hit the Stations

Each workout is designed around 10 fitness stations. You can start at any one, with each lasting 3 minutes (+ a 30 sec. break in between). We mix it up every day, so you’re never bored doing the same thing. Our trainers are there the whole time, helping you stay safe and perfect your technique.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Athletic clothing is encouraged (a tank top or tee, shorts or leggings, and running/training shoes). Loose fitting casual clothing may impair your form.

  • For first time guests, we’ll provide free handwraps and demo gloves to ensure you have proper protection. A water bottle is also a good idea so you can hydrate as needed.

    We have approved handwraps, gloves, water bottles and merchandise for sale as well.

  • We don’t hold rigid class times—your workout is ready when you are! You can begin training at any of our 10 stations as soon as you walk in.

  • Not at all! Many of our members are new to kickboxing and just looking for a great workout. We welcome all levels of experience, and our trainers are happy to help you learn proper techniques and form.

  • A great one! Kickboxing is a total body workout that combines cardio and strength. One study published by Harvard Health found that a 30-minute kickboxing workout burns 400-500 calories in someone who weighs 185 lbs.

    Our trainers are there to help adapt and get the most out of each exercise, regardless of your fitness level.

  • There are 10 stations which each follow a traditional 3 minute boxing round. Including the 30 second rest time in-between, you should be finished in exactly 35 minutes each time through.
